Run Over Your Handicap- February App Recommendation

Good morning or good afternoon my friends from the world.
I hope you are having a fantastic day!
Today I would like to announce something different.
Recently, I came up with my new blog idea, which was Monthly App Recommendation.
In Monthly App Recommendation, you will get accessed to the app that I've been using and found helpful. The purpose of the new blog idea is help you to improve your life. I will be very happy to see all the little changes you are making for yourself! And now let's jump into it!
App recommendation for February is something related to exercise.

Here is a brief story behind the recommendation.
In the very beginning, I downloaded this App for the purpose of handing in one of my PE assignments, which was "how miles you ran, how many scores you got." I remember I scored around 90. This is not the main point, though.
Gradually, I found that it was actually equipped with a lot of good functions like Guide Runs and Challenges.
If you don't like running like I used to do, there is no need to stop reading. Since I know you don't want to miss a good chance like this to make a difference for you. I want you to start this simple if you are willing to give this app a try.
The first task for you is simply to start your run. I know it might be difficult. So It's definitely okay for you to run a few minutes. Then you can adjust the time and miles you run after you get better doing that over time.
Finally, exercise is always doing more good than harm. The benefits will not only influence you mentally but also physically.

       Doing exercise can
  1. control weight
  2. combat health conditions and diseases
  3. improve mood
  4. increase energy levels
  5. help with relaxation and sleep quality
  6. learn to set and achieve goals

One last fact is that I did not like jogging at all. But thanks to my teacher's assignment, I was forced to it and eventually learned that it was actually quite good and easy. Later, I set small goals like running 1K after school. And now I can run more than 5K.
Things changed when I started to believe and took action. I believe you can, too.
NOW, IT'S YOUR TIME.
