Here is a little story about why I started using the method.
Around 2 years ago, I got an English vocabulary book. And I had little time to read it, since I didn't arrange a certain time for reading it. As a result, it turned out to be a big procrastination.

You will soon be on track if you are in control of  yoirself. Now, I would like to share with you the method that I've been using for 2 years. That is writing down your study plan and keeping track of it.  It is simple but it will make a tremendous difference. Everything changed when I planed. Yes, I can study more effectively, and so can you.
