Stay Stronger at Home- May App Recommendation

Are you always too busy to have sufficient time working out outside?
If so, you are not alone.
This month I'm going to share with you an app I've been fascinated by.
It is 7 minutes workout.
There are many instructions inside, such as 30 DAY CHALLENGE, Abs Workout, Sleep Time Stretch, etc. The app is also equipped with some practical functions like BMI, Weight Loss line graphs, and so forth. 
I stay at home and school for most the time, therefore, this app gives me a helping hand by doing exercise at home any time. If my situation sounds a little like you, then come and join with me.
