Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal throughout the day.
It gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at school or at work.
There are more reasons why eating breakfast should not be neglected.
Many studies have connected eating breakfast with good health, including better concentration and memory, and lower chances of being overweight.

Eating breakfast doesn't exactly mean having a good lifestyle, though, it offers the nutrition and energy we need to kick-start the morning.
My breakfast for today is cranberry bread and matcha milk tea.
